Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. We pick you up at your hotel or Airbnb in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana and nearby areas. We confirm the exact time by WhatsApp the day before.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. See our cancellation policy for details.
How do I pay?
You pay online in US dollars with card or PayPal. You receive your voucher by email and WhatsApp.
Can children join?
Most tours welcome children with a reduced price. Each tour shows its age ranges and any restrictions.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, comfortable shoes and some cash for tips and photos. Each tour has its own list.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our tours are guided in English and Spanish. On some tours other languages may be available: ask us on WhatsApp.
